Mickaël joined Nextep in 2013. He works for international healthcare companies, learned societies and patient associations.​ A graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Rennes, Mickaël went on to specialize in Political Administration at Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Mickaël began his career in the public sector, as advisor in charge of Health and Solidarity in the Cabinet of Jean-Pierre BRARD, deputy mayor of Montreuil, then of Dominique BERTINOTTI, mayor of the 4th arrondissement of Paris.​
