Guillaume holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Nancy, along with a double master’s degree in international/EU Public Law and Political Science from the University of Paris X-Nanterre. He began his career in the legal department at Société Générale before joining the young and promising consulting firm Nextep in 2001. At Nextep, he initially took on the role of Head of Competitive Intelligence and Regulatory Monitoring, drawn to the firm’s focus on healthcare and social security, particularly issues surrounding patient care and therapeutic innovation.

A consultant who later became a Senior Expert and Editor-in-Chief of the firm’s analytical reports, Guillaume has spent over 20 years working on public affairs and market access projects, as well as providing training. He leverages his in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, product regulations, and their evolving trends to improve patient access to healthcare solutions.
