Nabila worked for several years in a design and architecture agency as Executive Assistant, after spending a few months in London.

She joined Nextep in September 2016 as Executive Assistant and took on the role of Office Manager in January 2018, a position she held until 2024.
In January 2025, she also became responsible for

HR management and Quality of Work Life. In this capacity, she leads onboarding processes and staff training, with a special focus on daily human-centered support.
