Norman holds a master’s degree in health engineering from the University of Bordeaux and has over 10 years of experience in market access for the medical device sector (including LPPR registration, PECAN, Innovation Package, Article 51, economic negotiations).

With expertise across a wide range of tasks, from strategic analysis and clinical study protocol development to writing scientific dossiers and economic negotiations, Norman has worked with various manufacturers in orthopedics, implantology, and bone substitution. He has also held positions as Operations Director. In these roles, he actively participated in reimbursement access and commercial activities across multiple regions.

Norman is also highly knowledgeable about innovation funding programs in France, such as BPI, I-Lab competitions, and other initiatives supporting medical device companies.

In January 2022, Norman founded Libero Healthtech, a consulting firm specializing in market access for medical devices in France. He is well-versed in regulatory processes in both France and Belgium and has supported companies manufacturing medical devices, diagnostic devices, and digital health technologies.

Norman joined Nextep in January 2024 as Senior Manager, Medical Devices.
