Victor holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Paris Descartes and is also a graduate of the Master’s program in “Medicine, Law, and Health Policies,” jointly awarded by Sciences Po Paris and Paris Descartes University.

Victor joined Nextep in 2019 as a Manager, where he works closely with various stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including pharmaceutical companies, scientific societies, and patient associations, to support their relationships with public authorities.

He particularly enjoys working in coalitions (healthcare professionals, patient associations, and industry) to help all parties identify common ground and implement high-impact action plans.
