Olivier Rozaire has been a dispensing pharmacist in rural areas for 25 years. Particularly involved in the development of his profession, he draws on his day-to-day experience to identify desirable areas for change in the pharmacy profession. Olivier Rozaire joined the Union des pharmaciens de la Loire in 1999, before joining the Union nationale des officines U.S.P.O. in 2003.​ ​

In 2013, Olivier Rozaire joined the Union régionale des professionnels de santé pharmaceutiques (URPS) in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, before becoming its president in 2016.​ ​

In 2017, in his position as President of the URPS, Dr. Rozaire was asked by the Ministry of Health to set up an experiment in vaccination by pharmacists in their pharmacies. Given the proven success of this experiment, it was extended to the whole of France in October 2019.​ ​

He is particularly committed to the transformation of pharmacy practice and participates in various international congresses on the promotion of vaccination. His aim is to prepare the next generation for the new healthcare challenges of today and tomorrow.​ ​
