Norman has over 10 years of experience in market access for the medical devices sector (LPPR registrations (+ supplementary list), Innovation Package, Article 51, economic negotiation, PECAN). His expertise allows him to handle various types of missions, from strategic analysis and support in defining a clinical study protocol to drafting scientific dossiers and conducting economic negotiations.

After studying health engineering at the University of Bordeaux, he worked with various industry players (orthopedics, implantology, bone substitution) before assuming operational leadership roles at AQUALEG, where he was responsible for revenue development in multiple countries/regions and reimbursement access (France, Germany, Spain, Scandinavia, Belgium, and Singapore).

Norman has a strong understanding of innovation financing and valorization programs available in France to support medical device companies (BPI, I-Lab competitions, etc.). In January 2022, he founded the consulting firm Libero Healthtech, specializing in medical device market access in France. He is proficient in the various medical device management processes in France and Belgium, having supported companies manufacturing medical devices, diagnostic devices, and digital medical devices.

Norman joined Nextep in January 2024.
