With a Master’s degree in European Affairs from Bordeaux IV University and a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Nayla joined Nextep in 2024 as a Senior Consultant in the Public Affairs division.

Previously, she served as Consulting Director at a generalist public affairs consulting firm, where she supported clients across various sectors – including healthcare – in their institutional relations. During this experience, she developed and managed the implementation of public affairs strategies and gained in-depth knowledge of legislative and decision-making processes.
