Passionate about healthcare, Gaëlle has a degree in Molecular Biology and Marketing (Pierre and Marie Curie – Sorbonne University). Over the last 20 years she has developed a solid understanding of the issues and challenges facing the sector today. As a savvy technophile, she is convinced that the appropriate use of new technologies can revolutionize health and improve the quality of life of patients. Her integration into the firm opens a wide range of new opportunities since she is paving the way to push the limits of what is possible.​​ ​

During her career, she has held various roles within press groups specialized in health, scientific publishers but also Start-ups ecosystem. More recently she led the digital transformation of Novartis in France. She has a clear vision and a real ability to inspire others. These different roles have always allowed her to bring together business challenges, business transformation opportunities and support for the development of the teams around her.​​
