Guy brings a long and deep experience in France, in Europe and globally, thanks to his diverse and important roles within Merck & Co / MSD where among other positions, he has been a Managing Director for MSD France, Europe/ Canada General Manager for the Merck / Schering Plough JV and Global Senior Vice President for Merck Cardiovascular Franchise.​ ​

Notably, Guy created in 2014 and has been leading globally for 4 years, a new entity, Healthcare Services & Solutions , wholly owned by Merck & Co and dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative solutions “beyond-the-pill”, a unique and successful effort by a large Pharmaceutical company to innovate at scale in the area of Services & Digital Solutions​ .

Former partner at Nextep, Guy is also teaching « Digital Innovation and Solution in the Healthcare Industry » in Master Program at Sciences Po, Paris. He is also a « Qualified Expert in Digital Health » for French Public Authorities in multiple Projects / Organizations (Contrat Stratégique de Filière en Santé, Société d’Accélération Transfert de Technologie Lutech Sorbonne Paris, France National Council for Digital Health, etc ..) and a Board / Ad Board member of various Digital & Healthcare companies (Big Health, Lutech, Persistent Systems, Be Patient, ..)​

He was Partner at Nextep for 5 years, and developed the Digital, Solution and Services activity… In the Committee he embodies the vision of the “Industrialists”.
