In 2023, Nextep launched its 2024–2030 CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy with the objective of further enhancing the positive impact of our activities on social, societal, and environmental levels, in alignment with our mission: Working

Together to Ensure Patients’ Access to Innovation and the Best Care.
This initiative, based on the ISO 26000 standard, led to the definition of four key pillars and tangible commitments.

To define these commitments, Nextep conducted a broad consultation with its stakeholders, including employees, healthcare industries, patient and healthcare professional representatives, political figures, suppliers, and experts.

This dialogue allowed Nextep to gain a deeper understanding of stakeholder expectations regarding our activities and to refine our focus on the commitments that will have the greatest impact on our ecosystem.
To ensure the effective implementation of these commitments, Nextep has established monitoring indicators that will be measured annually.
