César holds a Master’s degree in Medical-Economic Evaluation and Market Access from the University of Paris Dauphine, as well as a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Lille. During his studies, he gained valuable experience in the healthcare sector, first as an intern at Bayer Healthcare within the Cardiovascular Market Access team, then as an intern at SGE Consulting before its merger with Nextep Health.

Since 2022, César has been a Consultant within the Market Access team at Nextep, where he supports healthcare industry clients with market access strategy, economic affairs, and public affairs projects.
