A graduate of Sciences Po, Fiona began her career in a communication agency before joining Anthenor Public Affairs, a firm specializing in institutional relations. There, she developed her expertise in legislative and decision-making processes, supporting companies, institutions, and professional organizations from various sectors in their interactions with public authorities.

Fiona joined Nextep in 2018 to strengthen the Public Affairs team.

Since becoming a manager in 2020, she has been helping healthcare sector stakeholders define and implement public affairs strategies and influence communication.
