Nayla holds a master’s degree in European Affairs from the University of Bordeaux IV and a master’s in public Affairs from the University of Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne. She joined Nextep in 2024 as a Senior Consultant in the Public Affairs division.

Previously, she was a Senior Director at a generalist public affairs consulting firm, where she supported clients across various sectors, including healthcare, in their institutional relations. During this time, she developed and managed public affairs strategies and gained a strong understanding of legislative and decision-making processes.
